Refund Policy: We are confident in the quality of our incense and offer a no-questions-asked refund if you’re not satisfied with your purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and items must be returned within 14 days, unopened and undamaged, for a refund or exchange.

We charge a flat shipping rate per order — regardless of the number of items: €3.95 to Europe, UK, Canada, Australia & New Zealand and €5.95 to the rest of the world, €25 (appx. $29) for super-fast 3 day DHL Express to the USA (under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) system, which means we pay all duties, taxes, and fees upfront — you will not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery).. Enjoy FREE global shipping on all orders over €60 and over €90 to the USA. We use Hermes for deliveries in Germany and Mondial Relay for France.
Delivery speed
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days, depending on volume. Delivery might take longer during holidays and festive seasons.
