Affordable International Shipping – fast dispatch from our EU warehouse
Shipping & Returns
Our warehouse is located in Bucharest, Romania, allowing us to offer very low shipping rates to our customers. We ship small orders from the EU (one or two boxes) via international Economy. For larger orders of three or more boxes, including shipments to the USA and the rest of the world, we use international tracked Priority. Refund Policy: We are confident in the quality of our incense and offer a no-questions-asked refund if you’re not satisfied with your purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and items must be returned within 14 days, unopened and undamaged, for a refund or exchange.
Affordable shipping rates
For shipping within the EU, we charge a flat rate of €4.95 for a parcel up to 500 grams (from 1 to 35 packets of incense!). United Kingdom: we charge a flat rate of €5.95 for shipping to the UK for a parcel up to 500 grams (from 1 to 35 packets of incense!). US and Canada: we charge a flat rate of €9.95 for a parcel up to 500 grams (from 1 to 35 packets of incense!). Worldwide delivery fees are also calculated at the checkout, it is a flat fee of €9.95 for a parcel up to 500 grams (from 1 to 35 packets of incense!). Delivery speed
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days, depending on volume. Delivery might take longer during holidays and festive seasons.
