  All orders are processed and dispatched within
  2–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.
• Origin:
  Orders are shipped from our central warehouse in
  Bucharest, Romania (EU).

Shipping Rates & Estimated Transit Times

We charge a flat shipping rate per order. Transit time begins after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse:

• Europe & UK: €4.95 | 3–7 business days | Hermes, Mondial Relay, etc.
• Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark: €5.95 | 7–10 business days | bpost, PostNord etc.
• USA: $7.95 | 10–14 business days | PostNL DDP (Delivered Duty Paid – all US taxes and tariffs included)
• Canada & Australia: €5.95 | 7–14 business days | International Post
• Rest of the World: €5.95 –  €9.95| 10–21 business days | International Post

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.
You can track your package directly through the carrier’s official website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs and taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer, except for orders shipped to the USA. USA orders are shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all applicable tariffs, duties, and taxes are already included in the product and shipping price. The customer will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Damages & Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged item, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods,
then contact us at welcome@bhagwan-incense.com  with photos of the product.
