From August 29, 2025, the United States has suspended the de minimis exemption for postal shipments. This means that until March 1, 2026, all packages from Europe to the U.S. delivered via USPS may be subject to a flat customs clearance fee of $80.
After that date, USPS will transition to a value-based duty system, which for our incense products will result in a 15% U.S. import tariff on the declared value.

To protect you from unexpected charges, we have temporarily decided to ship all U.S. orders via DHL Express (fast 3-day delivery).

Because DHL charges us €35+ per shipment we must temporarily adjust our rates:

  • US shipping fee: €35

  • Free shipping threshold: €90

This means that the most economical option for U.S. customers is to choose free shipping on orders over €90. We cover the shipping costs; however, U.S. import duty (15% tariff) and the DHL brokerage fee of $17 are payable by the buyer, as we are unable to absorb these charges.

If the rules change — for example, if the de minimis exemption is reinstated or USPS adopts the 15% tariff instead of the $80 flat fee — we will immediately return to our previous rates: €5.95 shipping and free shipping from €60.
