All orders are processed and dispatched within
2–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. - Origin:

Shipping Rates & Estimated Transit Times
We charge a flat shipping rate per order. Transit time begins after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse:
- Europe & UK: from €5.95 | 3–7 business days | Hermes, Mondial Relay, etc.
- Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Norway: €7.95 | 7–10 business days | bpost, PostNord etc.
- USA: $7.95 | 10–14 business days | PostNL DDP (Delivered Duty Paid – all US taxes and tariffs included)
- Canada & Australia: €6.95 | 7–14 business days | International Post
- Rest of the World: €6.95 – €9.95| 10–21 business days | International Post

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.
You can track your package directly through the carrier’s official website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs and taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer, except for orders shipped to the USA. USA orders are shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all applicable tariffs, duties, and taxes are already included in the product and shipping price. The customer will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
Damages & Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged item, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods,
then contact us at welcome@bhagwan-incense.com with photos of the product.
We want every order to reach you smoothly, and we do our best to ensure it does. However, please be aware of the following:
Delays & transit: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for items that are delayed or currently in transit.
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses: If an incorrect shipping address was provided, or if delivery to your address is not possible, the original shipping cost cannot be refunded. Any return shipping costs, along with taxes or duties incurred to receive the item back, will also be deducted from the refund amount.
Uncollected parcels: If your order is delivered to a local post office, collection point, or parcel locker and is not collected within the required timeframe, it will be returned to us. In this case, the original shipping cost cannot be refunded and any return shipping fee charged to us by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.
