We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following criteria:

• Original Packaging: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Condition: The product must be in the exact same condition that you received it.

• Exceptions: Due to the nature of incense products, items that have been opened or damaged are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Include your Order Number: This helps us find your details quickly.

2. State the Reason: Let us know why you would like to return the item.

3. Await Instructions: We will provide you with further instructions on where and how to send your package.

• Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

• Non-refundable: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Address

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse:

Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Our Guarantee: We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at
no additional cost to you.

Please note: We are unable to provide refunds for delayed items or items that are in transit. If the customer provided an incorrect shipping address, or an address to which delivery is not possible, the cost of original shipping will not be refunded. In such cases, the cost of return shipping to us will also be deducted from the refund amount, along with any taxes or duties we have paid in order to receive the item from outside the EU.

Please also note that if an order is shipped to a collection point or a parcel locker and the customer did not collect the parcel in time, resulting in it being returned to us, the original shipping cost will not be refunded and the cost of return shipping charged to us by the carrier will be deducted from the refund amount.
